Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

We accept returns within [X] days of the delivery date for chairs and tables that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

2. Return Authorization:

Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returning items.

4. Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within [X] business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
